I’ve invested in several exercise DVD’s over the years but once the workout got hard, I’d turn it off and eventually, I’d quit. I got tired of my favorite size jeans sitting in the closet for the day I could finally fit in them.

There are a lot of beautiful websites out there that, while looking great, don't actually say what their company offers. Yes, a website should be attractive, but never forget that its primary goal is to communicate a) who you are, and b) what you do to leads and customers. If it's not clear what industry and products/services you offer from first glance, the homepage content needs revision.
